"Well, it is a small place right on the trail. No front desk but the connected grocery store was very helpful. Check in was a breeze, although leaving my bike in the lobby made me nervous. Thankfully a helpful staff person assured me it would be ok and it was! While the store doesn't sell beer, they pointed me to a little restaurant bar two blocks away and James the bartender was the best. Good burger, fries, and cold beer! "The property was very nicely equipped for all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable. I have to say their mattresses are the best I’ve come across when traveling. Kara is great to work with and very prompt when responding to questions. We love the fact that they accommodate pets at their properties. This was not our first stay at the Casselman Loft and we look forward to trying out more of the Yough properties in the future. "

"Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "

"This property was great. Communication was great and I always got quick responses. Loved the apartment. It was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I had trouble with was the process of finding the key and locating the room. The whole process was a bit confusing, a the key box is in a completely different building from the apartment and the buildings are not super clearly marked. I do feel that the company did its best with an outline of how to find everything which incuded photos....

"The place was amazing. I live about 6 miles away from the rental property, and never knew about it. When friends come in town. This will be our to go place. So peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. The communication I had was with Tammy. Could not be more satisfied. Her replies were sincere and funny at the same time.
