The villa is located in a quiet village 8 km from Umag, just a few minutes’ drive from the beach, the town centre, and a variety of activities to choose from. The area is close to local wineries and vineyards, olive oil routes, and restaurants. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house.
