Tucked into a quiet neighborhood on the north side of Tybee Island, this home's location is perfect for days spent on the beach or exploring in town. The Savannah Airport is only 26 miles west, making it easy to arrive and leave with ease.

On breaks from the beach, you'll love spending time in this three-story home's refreshing interior, which features coastal decor and covered decks on two levels. Rest on plush couches in the living area, where you can also channel surf on the cable-equipped flatscreen television or pop in a DVD and gather your group for a movie. Flip on the overhead fan for extra comfort on hot and humid days, or head just beyond the room onto the outdoor deck with a refreshing cocktail.

When it's time to eat, whip up fresh feasts in the well-equipped kitchen. It features all the necessary appliances, cookware, and countertop space to cook homemade meals, plus nearby seating at both a breakfast bar and a six-seat table. Behind the garage on the bottom floor, there's even an enclosed backyard with a picnic table and gas grill - perfect for enjoying your fresh catch in an al fresco setting.

Afterward, take a sunset stroll on North Beach, then come home to do some laundry using the home's washer/dryer and connect to the free WiFi to plan your next set of adventures.

Up to eight guests are accommodated on king beds in two bedrooms on the first floor, a queen bed in another bedroom on the second floor, and twin bunk beds - perfect for your kids! - in the fourth bedroom, which is also on the second floor.

Ready for some sightseeing in town? Head two miles south to Tybrisa Street, where you'll pick up a souvenir at Chu's, grab a fresh cup of coffee at Tybean Art and Coffee Bar, and eat a delicious slice of pizza at Huckapoos. When you visit downtown Tybee Island, don't forget to bring your fishing poles to cast right off the Tybee Beach Pier.

On the island, you'll also find several fishing charters and beach rentals for fun-filled activities like snorkeling, diving, and more. If you're looking to explore the city scene, head 16 miles west to Savannah, where you can stroll through beautiful Forsyth Park, dine at The Lady And Sons (celebrity chef Paula Deen's restaurant), and pick up a unique souvenir in the City Market district.

The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
