The first floor features a living room with an electric fireplace and a spacious great room with cathedral wood ceilings—replete with plenty of windows that allow for natural light to flow into the space. With a sofa and chairs, guests will find plenty of comfortable seating. There is a dining table in the living room with 4 chairs and this room flows into the Family room that has 2 more sofas, a Flat-Screen TV and two dining tables that seat 18 guests. There is also access to a half bath in the dining area.

The kitchen is down the hall from the living room. The kitchen comes replete with 2 stainless steel refrigerators, stove, ice maker, dishwasher, 2 coffee pots, walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. For your convenience, there is a laundry room on this level.

The second floor boasts a den with a TV, sofa, as well as a sleeper sofa. There is a second laundry room with a sink on this level.

At the end of a day exploring Tybee Island, guests can get some rest in one of eight comfortable bedrooms:

The first-floor features two king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath and access to a porch. Across from the first king bedroom is a bedroom with a bunk bed with access from the room to a half bath.

The second floor has two queen bedrooms, a bunk room with two bunk beds, and another children’s bunk room with a bunk bed and two twin daybeds. There is a spacious screened-in porch on this level. Another laundry room on this floor.

The third-floor private king bedroom features an adjacent sitting area with a flatscreen TV, sleeper sofa, dining area and wet bar, as well as access to a ""treetop"" private sundeck. The bedroom comes replete with a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with garden tub and separate marble shower with vertical spa and hand-held shower and toilet closet.

For your convenience, the cottage has off-street parking for 4-5 cars, and an 8' privacy fence in the backyard. Happy House is in a perfect location; just a 4-minute walk to the beach, and a 2-minute walk to shops and restaurants.

Pets are not allowed at this property.

No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
