"This adorable unit was hands down the perfect place for our family. The kitchen, living and dining room are all spacious and open with plenty of room for everyone. "The property was super clean with high end furnishings. There was lots of natural light & pretty views. Everything was in good working order and looked fresh. The location is close to North beach. We felt a few more mixing bowls, a big enough cookie sheet for pizza, and a few more kitchen items would have been helpful. But we probably cook more than most people do on vacay. "Very disappointed in the unprofessionalism of the company that represents this property, Southern Bell Vacation Rentals. Several issues with the property. The ice machine in the fridge would not function properly, ice would not dispense. A nasty beer can was in the ice bin...see photo. Front entrance gate latch was broken....see phot. Missing blind slats, people from the street can see directly into the unit...see photo. The smell of human urine was very strong when we first arrived. the bed...

"1.Floors were filthy 2. the stove didnt have a handle on it (so you have to open it from the side - even when cooking) 3. The doors to the balcony didnt have privacy shutters (as it they had been tipped off). 4. The chair/covers were dingy and had holes in them 5. "Location was great. Very clean. Bike tires were flat, tried putting air in and nothing. Which means they weren’t checked before the rental. New bikes were delivered 3 hours to late. I specified the bikes and hot tub would be used a lot. The Hot Tub was nasty on day of arrival. Miraculously got cleaned during the night, without us complaining. Wet foot prints all around. Creepy!
