This sleek, modern, third level condo is located in the new residential development of Aldea Zama. It has double-controlled access and 24-hour surveillance and offers tranquility, security, and convenience. The beach is only a 10—to 15-minute drive away, and there are a wide variety of restaurants, bars, spas, convenience stores, and more nearby! Don’t feel like going out? No worries! There’s a beautiful pool surrounded by cushioned lounge chairs perfect for relaxing the day away. You’ll also find a charcoal BBQ in the common area where you can grill up some tasty treats for your group.

The moment you walk in, you'll feel like you're at home. Kick back in the cozy sitting room, where you can watch your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Big glass doors open right up to your own patio and pool—how cool is that? Whip up yummy meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, munch snacks at the breakfast bar, or dine inside or outside. For added convenience, the condo has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

Ready for a snooze? The big master bedroom has a super comfy king-size bed, its own bathroom, and doors that lead straight to the patio and pool. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen-sized bed and two single beds. Finally the living room also has a sofa bed, so up to 7 people can stay comfortably. Both rooms are decked out with soft cotton sheets, fluffy pillows, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and shades to keep it nice and dark for bedtime.

It is possible that the pressurization system may be heard at times.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

Bicycles are available at the condominium free of charge, subject to availability. However, please note that if a bicycle is lost or goes missing, there will be a replacement fee of 2,500 pesos.

The property is about 120 km | 75 miles from the Cancun International Airport (CUN) or 43 km | 27 mi from the new Tulum airport. Always consult your mobile map app for an accurate driving time, as it will vary based on the time of day. It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Once in Tulum, you can easily rent bikes and scooters to get around, plus there are always taxis available. There’s parking onsite that is first-come, first-serve.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Tulum is an area of high growth, and during daytime work hours, you may hear construction noise.
- The property may experience occasional electricity and WiFi outages.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.
- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 8 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- For stays longer than 1 week, a complimentary cleaning is provided (mandatory) once a week and includes fresh towels. For stays longer than 28 days, bed linen changes are included every 15 days. If you require more frequent changes, there will be a charge of $30 USD.
- The apartment will only be handed over to the main guest listed on the booking, who must present official identification. In case the main guest is absent, no exceptions will be made even if the companions are present.
- Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded 7 days after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Pets are not allowed.
