When asked, I was told first that since we had the ‘do not disturb’ sign, they didn’t enter our room however, we removed the sign when we went out at 10. Then I was told that the hotel has a policy of not cleaning the rooms daily. When I asked to see where it states that, I was told that it is not in writing but it’s their hotel policy. I found it very strange and asked to speak to the manager and then the receptionist...
