"We totally enjoyed our submersive/personalized experience at Kat Florence. We loved everything about it and we seriously mean it because we are strict markers. Lol. The suite was tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with high-end appliances that we have at home. Needless to say how clean it was, the towels, bathrobes, the toilettes were of superb quality.
