"We wanted to find a reasonably priced place within 10 minutes of downtown Flagstaff and this place was perfect. Neat as a pin, with all the essentials including an awesome bed. Communication was great. Grocery store and gas station within a 1/4 mile. Would definitely stay there again."

"A very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing property. Everything was clean and neat. Bridget was very quick to answer any questions and provides a great local guide book for hiking and restaurants with personal recommendations. The property is perfectly nestled away from the more busy parts off Sedona while yet only a quick drive away from the center of things. Nice trails are located adjacent to the property. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Sedona. "
