"We were in town for a horse show, and this property was the perfect location. What a cool spot! We all loved it, such a creative idea. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us! Comfortable beds, great water pressure, and everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. If you happened to forget any toiletries, they were avaliable! Such a nice touch. " We were there for a rowing competition for my daughter and had rainy weather. It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. "What a wonderful and unexpected treasure. The hole is perfect. Clean a modern. Fire pit was an evening treat. Only a mile or so from SPAC. "

"Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

"This is a clean, well maintained property. The home is filled with cute little “bears”. The sauna is sooo relaxing! A welcome treat after a long day of walking. I would come here again!"

"My husband and I traveled to the area for a long weekend with our college intern who there for the summer. The house was great! Everything was as expected and how the photos show. Communication was great with the owner. We didn't spend a lot of time in the neighborhood, but felt it was fine for what we needed. We also didn't use the kitchen but it seemed well stocked if you wanted to cook. There is only 1 bathroom, but it was adorable so that was ok! Things we did in the area in case someone...

"Efficient room contained everything we needed in a lovely setting with special touches.Open bedroom, kitchenette and seating area opened with french doors onto a pretty garden.Location was just 15 minutes from family. Would have loved to shop in town if we had more time. Would come again."

"Really cute and functional cottage. Place was clean, beds were comfortable, super location, air conditioning worked GREAT during a very hot couple days. Owner was more than accommodating. Would definitely book again if returning to Sylvan Beach"

The location was great and we had a wonderful time.I truly wished we extended our stay for a little long.
