"We were to check in at 4pm and we had booked three rooms. When we reached there, the check in was quick. When we reached the room, two rooms were great, but one had a strong moldy smell. We reported this to Naven at the reception right away. He was very helpful and showed us three more rooms, but all of them had strong moldy smell. "Got to town early before check in.had spilled coffee on my white pants went in and asked if I could clean them 2 women on front desk were amazing gave me soap,towels and access to women's shower room with hair dryer to dry my pants. Was just there for overnight for a celebration of life did not have a change of clothes. Much appreciated when we checked in later they told us about great restaurant for dinner next door. "We stayed for one night at the end of June.
Absolutely zero complaints. Hotel is only 1 month old so everything is new.
Room was spacious and quiet.
Restuarant / pub on site was a bonus although we only used it for the free breakfast which was basic but good.
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended and we will stay there again."
