Went to this hotel for a 2 night stay. The check in girl was rude upon arrival. The first night was good. I got back from a meeting at 2pm the second day and my heater broke while I was out (the room was 61 when I got back). I called the front desk and they said they would call maintenance and send them up. The heater needed fix and so I went to supper and a Peterborough Pete’s game after (they won whoooo!) when I got back to my room around midnight the heater was on. I woke up at 5am to the room being 64. I called down to the front desk to try and get a different room to finish my stay. They were sold out and did not have another room for me. The front desk called me back 2 mins after and offered me extra blankets. I accepted but couldn’t get back to sleep, so at 7 I went to check out and start the 4 hour drive home. When I checked out I asked if I was going to be reimbursed for the night. They said no and they gave me a 33 dollar credit. So I still had to pay almost full price for the second night and a room I hardly used and was freezing most of my stay. Very disappointing, from now on I will be staying at the Hampton Inn in Peterborough.
