-The exterior property of this home is monitored by Ring Home Security.
- Lelandās Cottage has its own private yard, & also shares a yard along Mitchell Creek with one of our adjacent cottages, feel free to explore, but please be conscious & respectful of other guests & pets when outdoors.
- With the great central location by the beach, we are located on a main road. While we're separated by a tall 8ft. privacy fence & trees, at times there will be some traffic noise on the property, more during the busier summer months. Our property offers the only place in Traverse City that you will find nature in the city.

Iāll always be available via your booking app messenger and happy to help! In the case of an emergency, Iāll be available by phone. You may also see me from time to time taking care of the lawn.
