Your private tent captures the magic of camping with the comfort of a cozy hideaway. Inside, you’ll find a plush king bed, fresh linens, heating, AC, and electrical outlets — everything you need for a restful night beneath starry skies. Step outside in the morning to crisp mountain air, birdsong, and the scent of Ponderosa pines, a refreshing shift from daily routines.

Life at the Mountain Retreat moves with the rhythm of the land. Families enjoy meeting our miniature donkeys, Highland cows, ponies, and peacocks. Adventurers set off into the Cibola National Forest or explore the historic Quarai Ruins, while others spend lazy afternoons by the pool or evenings gathered around the firepit.

Weekdays feature fresh, made-to-order meals, and the Mercantile shop offers snacks, drinks, and local goods daily. In the fall, our orchards come alive with harvest traditions, cider pressing, and donuts that keep guests returning year after year.
