A beautiful hotel with a huge pool area. Even the cheapest, smallest room (I had a single queen bed) also had a nearly separate living room type area with a fold down couch, and a TV in both there and the bedroom area. The rustic decor was a bonus, giving the place a sort of cabin-ish feel.

Stayed here about a month ago and my review mentioned the kid area was slippery. This was taken seriously and this area was so much better during this trip. The area had more grip and we had less worries. We had a great stay for Mothers Day and will continue coming back.

We had a great stay and this is an excellent hotel for your children. HOWEVER, the kids pool area was so slippery. The steps up to the slides and the area where the slides are, are SO SLIPPERY! My 2-year-old fell down multiple times and it was kind of stressful to make sure he got up and down them safely.

Hello, My 10 year old daughter got bit by a spider or bed bugs? She has over 7 bites on one arm and 5 or more bites on the other arm. We were in room 116? Or 216 it was the second floor in the back of the hotel. I would like a refund or half due to my daughter’s significant amount of pain she’s in (itching) I can submit pictures if needed.

Staff was super kind. The hot tub and pool were nice. My son had fun on the slides and playing basketball in the pool. Only complaint was the bathroom in our room was a bit rundown but not awful. There was a women yelling loudly in the hallway and slamming doors until about 2 am. Not hotels fault just didnt make for a great night.

We had to pretty much stay in a separate building, went through multiple doors and stairways to get to our room, no elevator. I even asked to b close to the lobby and elevator access with my friend being pregnant and with having kids along. Did pre check in pictures of ID and credit card info and had to show them it all when I got there anyways so I felt giving the information prior was sketchy considering I have never had to do that before at any other hotel. Hotel needs some up keep as it looks “well used”. We have stayed there on 2 separate occasions and will not b going back.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. I wish we could have moved you closer to the lobby and pool area. However, the room style you reserved is only located in the area you were staying in. All rooms on the first floor are rooms with either 1 queen or 1 king bed.I do thank you for your feedback and we do hope you will change your mind to stay with us again in the future. Thank you.

Property was great especially the mini Waterpark. But we had an awful night because we didnt get any sleep. Couple people were arguing next door that we can hear them through the walls all night long. I called front desk twice but didnt really do much about it.

Location is great if you just stop by from I94. Gas station, restaurants nearby. Room was booked for 4, but the sleeping sofa for the kids was not set up, so we had to ask for linens etc. and make it ourselves. Apart from that, all was good. Breakfast was good and the breakfast lady was nice and helpful, same as the friendly bar lady. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

the motel was nearly empty, but our room was about as far from the check-in desk as possible. ( the far end of the north addition ,second floor no elevator). in order to fit two beds into the room they were placed less than a foot from the wall. Making it impossible for one person to get out of bed in anything close to comfort. The room became uncomfortably warm even though the thermostat was turned down into the 60's. I stayed here a short time back in larger suite and was very impressed with everything. this room was supposed to hold 6 people it was inadequate for more than two adults and small children, we had four adults and will not book again. We learned our lesson go big or go elsewhere. On the plus side breakfast was fine.

Just passing through
We enjoyed our stay at Cranberry Country Lodge. Rooms were cozy and the bed was comfy, definitely on the soft side. Breakfast was filling. The price was right. This would be a great place to bring young kids and spend time in the pool. Staff were friendly. Would stay here again.
