"Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!)
Lovely quality breakfast.
Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable.
Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him.
Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!"

"We enjoyed being able to use the pool, kids playing on the field and all the other facilities like the games room. Staff were very helpful when we needed them. Location great for visiting some of the sights of Norfolk."

"Beautiful cottage just as I’d hoped, perfect for our family. Well equipped, everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful outlook - would love to come back for longer in the summer months to make the most of it. The children loved the games room and the swimming pool, and the private swimming hour was perfect. Ideal location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk coastline. We will definitely be looking to return in the near future."

"Our twelfth stay in coot (first in 2012) excellent cottage, very comfortable for the two of us. The location of Cranmer is perfect for cycling (complete with a secure bike store).whilst the country lanes and by-roads offer almost traffic free routes. Wildlife is always around and the in house activity room and swimming pool are available should the weather be poor. Already booked twice fior 2026"

"What a fabulous place - set in stunning countryside but only approx 4 miles from Skegness. The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was perfect for swimming and exercise as well as relaxation. The apartment was spacious, warm and had all we needed. Our hosts were friendly and helpful, the smallest of things like the welcome plaque just made it seem more personal & inviting. For a quite and peaceful relaxing holiday we couldn’t of asked for more. That being said a taxi into Skegness was...
