"Lovely suite, hard to find anything to criticise apart from the hot water which switched from hot to cold randomly both in the shower and the bath. Attentive staff at check-in, no issues with access at any time of night and a lively bar downstairs for a drink. Would stay again if I don't need a shower. "

No one the front desk, asked the lady managing the bar she said she would be there in a bit, but in the meantime continued to serve new people coming up to the bar, cleaned multiple tables all the time whilst I was waiting just to check in. Once I asked again and she came over to help,! but she was sickly sweet. I just wanted to check in. 20mins later it finally happened. Room was good, had kettle and tea available for the morning. "One of the best spas I have visited. This is due to the friendly welcoming warm staff - specially Rosie who couldn’t do enough for us, she happily showed us around the facilities and made us feel very special. The fun, colourful vibe and swim up cocktails were a treat and the room with the double bath was one of its kind and so memorable. I would come back in a heartbeat - and hope to return later this year"

"Set in the quiet and bucolic Norfolk countryside, this is a lovely place to stay for a quiet retreat. We stayed in an en-suite cabin with two dogs, we were surrounded by woodland and looked out over a lake, of which there are a few within the site. Alongside the great views, we had a comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities and a clean and modern en-suite. My room was exceptionally clean and my bed was that comfortable that I really did not want to get up in the morning. Shower was lovely. I only drink decaf and the hotel was really accommodating in putting decaf drinks on my room. I loved the original window, black out curtains did exactly what they was supposed to do. "This was a great place - room clean and warm with comfy bed and all the home comforts. Both pub and restaurant had welcoming atmosphere - friendly staff and lovely food. "

"Lovely property with very nice and helpful staff. Food and drink was excellent. Just unfortunate that the room was so hot. It was a warm day but considering it was April and a 20-22C day I was shocked how uncomfortable the room felt. Portable AC is provided but not overly effective. "

"The stay at the Le Strange Arms was excellent from when we booked in to when we left. The room was clean and supplied with biscuits and fresh milk in a bottle, made a change from U H T in plastic. The breakfast was very good set us up for the day. The only complaint was the shower it was very hot I could not turn it down to a comfortable temperature. "
