"This place is perfect - renovated, pristinely clean, comfortable, beautiful location. I recommend staying here to anyone. It is laid out nicely and worked well for us. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. I also love the location on Malibu Road for quiet and safety - again, it is not on PCH with cars zinging by. Highly recommend this...

Generous space included 2 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms on opposite sides of the condo so when our family visited (with our two young granddaughters) everyone had comfort and privacy. The great room with living, dining and kitchen leads to the large outdoor deck and a grand view of the Santa Monica beach and the Pacific. Stunning sunsets just outdoors! "Our stay was delightful. The location of the unit was perfect for relaxing on the patio facing the ocean across the road and park. The unit was well equipped and we used the bbq on the patio several times. We were completely satisfied with this VRBO. Unfortunately our stay ended prematurely due to the fact that we learned that our home in Tucson was struck by lightning and burned to the ground. We look forward to staying again, maybe next year but without the added excitement at home."

The property was perfect — the small garden, unit on one level (no stairs), proximity to a playground, beautiful beach and running/ scootering trail, attached garage, amazing pool. The (main) pool is warm and huge. The kids loved it. A few cons about the property — it is a bit dark because it is a lower unit, and the hot water could have been a bit warmer (for my shower preference; my husband found it fine)....

It is located in a safe neighborhood of Sherman Oaks, right around the corner from Ventura Blvd. Private entrance and front patio area welcome you. "My family and I spent five nights at this property. We were going to stay closer to Santa Monica, but when we saw this place, and it being beach front, we couldn't pass it up. Place is as advertised. Very clean, updated and spacious. Close to anything you need, restaurants, bar, grocery, pharmacy etc. Kitchen and bathroom VERY well stocked with all the little things you don't (or forget to) bring. Host was incredibly responsive to any questions and made checking-in and out very easy."
