"Super cute and quirky hotel located in the heart of Richmond. Walking distance to Pearly’s which is a top breakfast restaurant and several coffee shops. Parking is convenient but a little pricey. Would absolutely stay again"

"Great location. You're an easy drive or walk to anything you want to do in Richmond. The suites are enormous and worked perfectly for our family of 3. Staff is friendly and easy to deal with. Valet parking is convenient and the overall stay was excellent. Will definitely stay here again Thanks!"

"It served the function of being a hotel in a convenient location. The entrance is a bit hard to find since it's down the hallway and there's not much signage. Elevators are kinda weird but that's just personal preference"

"Arrived and no one was in the lobby or at the desk. We waited a while then finally found someone. A man with huge fake breasts came out, didn't acknowledge us other than asking for ID and credit card. Made no eye contact. Handed us the room key and that was it. Worst customer service we've experienced at a hotel. Also parking on Expedia is listed at $12, but hotel had a handwritten sign saying parking was $15. Definitely staying somewhere else next time we're in area."

"The gym is pretty basic with free weights, treadmills, elliptical, mats, and balls. Would have liked to have seen a functional machine or machine at all for those of us that lift with guardrails due to age or prior injuries. But I'd you're freeweight lifting they have 10-50s there. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options but not high quality. Pretty much grab and go. It was .. okay. Room was a room. Decent space. The wall unit does not turn the AC on, you need to use the window...
