"We attended an event at the convention center and decided to book a hotel the evening prior to the convention. All other hotels were out of rooms so we stumbled across this one. "I’m not much of a traveler yet, but this hotel really went above what I expected considering the charge for the stay. Will most definitely recommend to friends and family. "Great stay. Clean and comfortable room. Shout out to the bartender on 7/26/25. He was closing up, when a thirsty group of concert go-ers showed up. He opened back up and made sure everyone was taken care of. Great guy that helped cap off a great night!"
"The Hotel Staff was nice and the beds were very comfortable, however the top portion of the freezer was frost bitten and wouldn't close. My sister is diabetic and needed to freeze her medicine. We called the front desk, but nothing happened until she spoke to the manager. Maintenance did come right away. However, because the refrigerator door didn't close the night before, all of the ice melted before hand. Management was willing to switch out the refrigerator. "
