"This place was by far my favorite in Malaysia. Our original hotel was canceled last minute so I quickly booked this place despite only having 2 reviews. The deposit and deposit return was a little frustrating but they were extremely helpful through whatsapp. I was able to use my credit card and I was promptly refunded the next day after checking out. "The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. We would like to stay at this property again in the future when visiting Kuala Lumpur "

"It has a great to LRT and the megamall next to it. The unit is really clean and is great for staying a few days"

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."

"The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area."

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling... But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable. So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...

"Hotel is good, lobby, walkway, corridor and room is clean. Although room is slightly smaller, but comfortable, feel safe and secure once we step into the hotel. 24 hours staff station at front desk, staff is polite and friendly. Check-in procedure is fast and easy. Easy to get food surrounding hotel area, not convenient for public transport. However, we are driving not an issue. "

"Good location. Limited car parking lot. Every exit required us to stamp the parking coupon at Lobby before heading to carpark. It is kind like inconvenient. Our room is facing the LRT and we can hear the LRT sound. Room is spacious."
