"Vi havde et fantastisk ophold. Den eneste udfordribg var, at vi brugte 20 minutter på at finde indgangen, da vi ankom. Der er mange unge studerende der bor der, men der er ingen larm. Til gengæld, er der godt gang i barerne, rundt omkring. Klar anbefaling."

"The reception staff is helpful But the cleaning staff is not helpful Having stayed for 4 days, the conciergist and receptionist said that they would provide cleaning service for at least twice a day. But I can't see any cleaning service. THEY completely ignored us. Despite asking for a functional kettle, cleaning of toilets, cleaning of bins, they did just a simple registration. No proper arrangement until talking to the receptionist for thrice. You can consider this hotel when you accept...

"Really good place. Good location to escape the main city life. Plus still get some culture. Only thing was hust a few insects in the place. But take nothing away from the place, good gym great pool and views "

"Conveniently located near gardens mall and mid valley. Getting around wasn’t too far too and wasn’t as jam as staying at the city center. Overall hotel looks new but there’s a slight smell when we entered the room (not too unpleasant but still present) and the sheets had some slight marks on it."

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."

"Overall it was good with big rooms. Just that on one day when the music played suddenly in our room..it took them long to take action until my husband has to call them 3 times. However they do give an apology gift, just that we feel prompt action could be given."

"The property was good and very well maintained. Only issue I had was with checkin time which they kept saying was 3pm where as Expedia website said it was 2pm I got it sorted and did all formalities at reception and came back for checkin to again go through same process of explaining to a new receptionist. Check in was such a hassle after that it was quite nice"

"Decent place to sleep and wash up. Staff is very friendly, room is small but value for money. There's a working table and window in my room, which is important for me. Quiet neighborhood, not much food outlet and no convenience store. There's a mall across the highway, not so convenient to cross. Housekeeping only on request. Have to walk up some steps to reach the elevator. Not wheelchair friendly."

"The apartment was spotless, and everything was in great condition and design, comfortable. Communication with the host was smooth, and they were quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is also ideal, with plenty of restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Overall, I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in the area."
