"The property was comfortable, excellent and very secure but the areas outside the property was cluttered of old cars at the back, dirty and very smelly at the front property from others making it difficult whenever to go outside. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained.

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
"Hotel is good, lobby, walkway, corridor and room is clean. Although room is slightly smaller, but comfortable, feel safe and secure once we step into the hotel.
24 hours staff station at front desk, staff is polite and friendly. Check-in procedure is fast and easy.
Easy to get food surrounding hotel area, not convenient for public transport. However, we are driving not an issue. "
"Good location. Limited car parking lot. Every exit required us to stamp the parking coupon at Lobby before heading to carpark. It is kind like inconvenient. Our room is facing the LRT and we can hear the LRT sound. Room is spacious."
