"Amazing hotel very clean very decent staff very friendly and so so good breakfast we loved it so much"

"Incrível!"

"Excellent all in all, but they kept denying my Grab delivery person entry. 😕"

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."

"Good accommodation with a good price in KL Sentral."

"Great location"

"Convenient and clean!"

"Joshua was very helpful on reception, the hotel is old but quiet and peaceful, food is expensive, better to go to KL Gateway mall and eat, the price is good for a 5 star hotel, I would definitely stay again. Location is ok, you can get the Kelana Jaya LRT line from Sentral and get off at Universiti station which takes you to KL gateway mall, then cross the road to the hotel (not with luggage, better use grab car from station). I would give an overall score of 3/5."

"Was a location close to where I needed to be. Check-in (after hours) was a bit clumsy. But otherwise pleasant stay, nice homely apartment, and they were able to deliver a basic breakfast in the early morning so that I could catch my early flight."

"チャットでいろいろと対応してもらえるので非常にスムーズにチェックイン後の確認が出来ました。"

"The location is fantastic. It is a simple hotel. You get what You pay for... obs.: Bilel (room cleaning) was extremely kind and left our room always very clean."

"Everything was perfect as a solo female traveller I felt so safe and the staff were so nice and helpful."
