"Parking was private and super easy. Room 6 was large, spacious and very nicely accommodating.
Shower was larger than expected with excellent water pressure.
Location is near a very busy intersection with views of the water, the swing bridge, and lots of action but so worth it to be part of it all for downtown’s hustle and bustle of small town Beaufort, SC. Almost walking distance to everything. A great place to stay."

"The best part was the ocean out on the deck!! Ocean views in a few locations. Underground parking was nice. A few things to know, the coffee pot uses coffee grounds, as far as seasonings, you have salt and pepper. They also have a hairdryer in each bathroom. These are things that are not in the description of the property.
The condo is tastefully decorated, has all the comforts of home. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Would stay here again."

"The indoor pool was not heated as advertised
The outdoor pool was frigid!
Beach renovation was 24 hrs if noise and backup warning sounds on the heavy equipment
The room’s floors were never washed or vacuumed for the 8 days we were there and haseboards etc were filthy. I even cleaned the toilet while the housekeeper’s long hair was left in the shower
Food from Cafe Blue was less than average
In general, the resort did not meet expectations of previous Hilton stays. "

"No one cleaned room. There was a dripping sound coming from the bathroom ceiling a good part of stay. Needed to close bathroom door not to hear it. Reported it to staff. No safe in room. 5 hangers in closet. Had to request more. Shower floor slippery. Breakfast was very nice. "

"What looked like a great start because we were allowed an early check in, turned upside down when the room assigned had out of order air condition and fridge. Instead of being transfered to another room, a technician was sent to reset both equipments but after one hour they were still not working. We called several times without nobody picking up at front desk. We came down to be assigned a new room but front desk didn't offered any concerned apology or compensation, must likely the lady looked...
