"Had a fantastic experience at Orchard Lodge. Andrew and Lucinda couldn’t be any more accommodating. Fantastic service, lovely location and spacious bedrooms. Would highly recommend and will be staying there again. Thank you again. "

"We stayed with our young son for 3 nights in July 2024. The staff were absolutely lovely, so welcoming and helpful with everything we needed and great with interacting with our young son. The food - breakfast and dinner - is truly incredible with nothing too much trouble. The only downside we experienced really was that we were in a room on the top floor which, while the room had clearly been hoovered etc, it was dusty in places with lots of cobwebs - while we don't mind spiders, we removed...

"Our room was recently renovated and perfect for our needs. We needed a one night stay while visiting my parents on Easter Sunday. Parking was a bit of a problem due to the holiday, but Steven was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by accompanying me to find a space. Plenty of dining options within a short walk, as is the beach. We wouldn't hesitate to book again. "

"We were in room 302 which has a sea view and was very clean and well presented. My only comment on the room is it was very warm, it felt like the heating was on, even though the outside weather was 20 degrees and overcast. I was also a bit surprised at the additional £50 I was asked to pay on check in (????), although this is refunded when you check out. "The best part of this hotel is the sea view (at least from my room), a good bed and a good breakfast. All the rest such as furniture, carpets, walls and doors painting in the corridors and inside the room are very damaged by time and lack of maintenance.
