"A beautiful house, with a spacious and comfortable room - with a massive bath! (We paid extra for the room with a bath and we’re not disappointed.) It was wonderfully peaceful and felt so relaxing. The bed was very soft but we nevertheless slept really well because of the lovely atmosphere, quiet and airiness of the room. Friendly and professional staff. "I will never stay at a one of these properties again. The room was fine but the staff at reception was rude and unhelpful. It was booked prepaid with Hotels.com to which they said it was not prepaid even after showing the receipt to her. We chose to have diner there as we were tired. At least 1/3 of the tables were covered in dirty dishes. We eventually were able to flag a server down to give our order for food and drinks. Food arrived which was actually well done but never got our drinks even...

"Excellent experience staying in this house! Great, quiet location and easy to access. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has a lovely atmosphere. It was extremely clean and well-organised with lots of different amenities provided. The kitchen is very well-equipped with various utensils and appliances. I also appreciated the selection of books and DVDs in the living room which come in handy on a rainy afternoon. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable and comfortable stay!"
