Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained.

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."

"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
"Good location. Limited car parking lot. Every exit required us to stamp the parking coupon at Lobby before heading to carpark. It is kind like inconvenient. Our room is facing the LRT and we can hear the LRT sound. Room is spacious."
