"Really convenient - short covered walk from Sentral Station (direct train from airport). Excellent staff and good food. Gym was great too as was pool deck.

"Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. "This is my second time booked the 2 Bedrooms Executive Apartment for my small event.
I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
The Apartment rooms and kitchenette are well maintained.
I will continually to held and book my event next year in VE Hotel & Residence"

"The hotel has excellent internal facilities, but unfortunately the staff is terrible. They seem unwilling to speak English with us and won’t help with even the most basic things. I asked for a fork and was refused — I found that absurd. The hotel itself has a good structure, and the room is small but acceptable. What really bothered me was the staff’s attitude."
"Check in was a bit stressful, because itnwas written they accept check in only until 22:30 and we were expecting to arrive at 0:00h. It was also problematic that they were not answering the phone when calling...
But when finally they did pick up the phone, they confirmed they will wait for us. And once there it was 5 stars service - helped to get the luggage to the room and the room was very clean and comfortable.
So all in all we were happy but do recommend the management to switch to a 24/7...
