"My husband and I were celebrating our 40th anniversary and spent it in Asheville. When looking for a room I was looking for something unique and beautiful and this place did not disappoint! So very clean and the decor was just perfect!! We will definitely be back!! The staff was very helpful and friendly!"

"This is by far my favorite hotel in Charleston and I stayed a lot of hotels. Staying here is like staying with friends. You feel thought about, taken care of, and it has an apartment feel not a hotel feel. The Jeep driving you around locally is definitely a plus and always pleasant plus the warm cookies at night and the breakfast in the morning… Cannot say enough good things."

"Cleaning staff, valets, and front desk personnel were most kind, friendly and extremely hospitable. Tour of lobby's art exhibit was led by a woman (whose name escapes me) who arranged the exhibit and answered my many questions about each painting/ art piece and the artist who creeated it. The night manager, Gregory, was especially friendly and helpful to me on the night I arrived. We chatted at length."
