"Although the room itself was nice it was very dusty as if it had been cleaned a month ago and not used since. During my 3 night stay housekeeping never came even when requested. Safe in room did not work. Hotel was very crowded even on weekday and long wait at valet…very unorganized. Lots of restaurant choices but most of them were only open at night. Probably will not be back unfortunately."

"They cancelled our reservation with no warning. I completed the online check in & let them know we would be arriving late. The gentleman at the front desk told me that they had people looking for rooms and it was a busy night so they had to cancel our room for someone else. Very unhappy; what is the point of online check in if they are going to cancel your room with no notice "

"Clean rating was based on cleaning services everyday. I’d do see on the door it’s every other day trash and towels but I do feel hotels should make bed, lightly clean, trash, and new towels and toilet paper everyday. Otherwise, great stay! "

"The room was clean. Had everything we needed. Even soap, shampoo and conditioner. Plenty of pillows and a comfortable bed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Hot breakfast with eggs, sausage and waffles plus other cold choices.
Hot tub was relaxing. Short walk to the beach. Nice gazebo. Very please with our stay. "
