"This is a very special review for me because it’s not often that I get to review a hotel where the owners and staff make you feel so much at home. This experience was completely different. The owners did everything they could to make us feel like we were staying in our own home — and they truly succeeded. The location is excellent, right in the heart of St. Petersburg, yet in a very quiet area where you can relax and get a good night’s sleep in peace and quiet. It’s also within walking distance of many of the trendiest bars and restaurants downtown and along the Bayfront. Freakfast was awesome for this kind of hotel. Parking is another plus, with plenty of spaces always available on the property. As for the property itself, it’s a beautiful old, large house that has been transformed into a hotel. The rooms are comfortable, and there’s a breakfast room as well as a wine hour in the afternoon, where you can relax and socialize with other guests. It’s incredibly easy to feel at home here. I’d especially like to highlight the professionalism of the staff, and particularly Brian, an absolutely charming and kind gentleman who was always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we felt at home. I feel like I found a friend in Brian rather than just a member of the staff. I would come back to this hotel a thousand times over without hesitation."

"Hotel moderno, muito bem localizado. Com fácil acesso ao centro e à rodovia para as praias. O bar do hotel é bem legal e pra quem gosta, de domingo geralmente tem festa na piscina. Os quartos são confortáveis, só é um pouco ruim para secar as roupas de quem for na praia. Fica sugestão de colocarem mais ganchos. De manhã dá para escutar um pouco o barulho da limpeza e dos outros quartos, mas nada que atrapalhe. recomendo."

"Hotel antigo mas bem cuidado, limpo e quarto confortável. Mini market, bar e uma ótima piscina. Ponto alto é a localuxabao que é sensacional, próximo ao Pier, ao museu do Dali, a Av. Central e a Beach Driive. O recepcionista não se esforçou muito pra ajudar quando pedimos algumas informações no checkin. O valor do estacionamento era absurdo comparado a outros hotéis que ficamos nessa viagem (U$ 45 a diária). Preferimos estacionar num parking ao lado e pagamos metade do valor na diária."
