If i'm honest the pictures way over promised and under delivered at this hotel.
The room was run down. The bedroom furniture quite homemade. The platform bed was made with plywood painted black. Gaps in the shower drain. The pillows were the terrible pillows as all hotels use. The kind what flatten as soon as a head lay down on them. The sheets and bedding they boast about being luxurious were scratchy and smelled overtly of bleach.
The water pressure was terrible and I only had a hot shower one of the 4 days of my stay. The body wash and shampooed smelled great.
I ordered a premium room because they suggested to the club music would be loud if not. My room was an inner room on the 2nd floor. The music was extremely loud but more annoying was hearing staff getting ice all night long. It was like they were chopping at or having to break up the ice. The staff who obviously didn't know people were able to hear them were certainly having a great time.
I loved thei retail vending machine, but don’t expect to find are a coke/pepsi or snack machine. The lack of those amenities cert tell a story about not catering to their guests needs.
Entertainment during drag bingo also disappointed. The Host could barely be understood.
When the hotel asked for a rating directly they responded that there was a Hilton just down the street. 😯
