LAYOUT: Ascending the exterior staircase, we access the upper floor. Upon entering, we find an open space that differentiates the dining area from the living room. The dining area consists of a table and chairs with enough capacity for all the guests on this floor, offering excellent panoramic views. The living room, furnished with a chaise longue sofa that can accommodate all the guests, allows us to enjoy and spend time with family and friends. On this same floor, there is an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary elements for preparing magnificent meals. Additionally, on this floor, we have at our disposal a bedroom with a sofa bed (140 cm) and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. On the lower floor, accessible via the internal staircase, we find the other three bedrooms of the villa: one with a single bed and a desk, the second with twin beds, and the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. On this floor, there is also a bathroom with a bathtub.

EXTERIOR: The stairs lead us to the pool surrounded by sun loungers and hammocks along with a chill out area to enjoy the sun and the Mediterranean climate. On the other side, to our left, there is an outside dining table and chairs under a pergola. In this same space is the barbecue. Another terrace is located near the matrimonial suite. The garden is organized around the property and offers various possibilities to each guest according to their wishes.

SITUATION: Villa Amelia offers magnificent views, in a quiet and residential area of Teulada. It is a few minutes drive from the beach and restaurants and entertainment areas in the area.
