LAYOUT: Villa ALESSIA is distributed on two floors connected by an internal staircase. The main entrance of the property leads to a dining room furnished with a large table and chairs, ideal for sharing meals. The kitchen is independent, spacious, with a central island and classic style. It is equipped with all the necessary appliances for the preparation of meals. Returning to the dining room, on the right we find the living room with several sofas that can accommodate all the guests, two coffee tables and a television. Near the lounge, there is a billiard room. A corridor leads to the bedroom part of the villa. On this floor we will find three bedrooms: two of them with a double bed and one with two single beds. On the same level, we will have three bathrooms at our disposal: two with shower and one with a bathtub. The internal staircase leads to the upper floor with the fourth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite double bathroom, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.



EXTERIOR: The entrance to the property can be made through a pedestrian door or through a sliding door with capacity for several vehicles. The villa ALESSIA has a very elegant garden with local plants. The magnificent swimming pool, where you can cool off and have fun, is located in front of the covered terrace and the barbecue area. It is surrounded by several sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing.
