LAYOUT: Situated next to an idyllic forestal landscape and close to the picturesque village of Moraira, this sensational villa offers a harmonious blend of Ibiza style elegance and Mediterranean warmth. The villa is a perfect example of great contemporary architecture, mixing different tones of white, creating a property with discreet elegance, making it unique in the area. The cosmopolitan element is provided by an amazing selection of furniture and decoration, where at all moments, the passion for detail is perceived. This beautiful villa has two floors connected by an internal staircase. Throughout the villa, incredible wooden decoration finesse is applied for implemented cupboards, rustic doors and stable bed structures. The presence of wood plays a significant part in the decoration of the villa, giving it the wow factor that completes the overall embellishment of the property. The main level of the property is the pool level. An amazing outdoor furniture set is installed to give us an outstanding experience of the summer atmosphere. The available sunbeds are utmost comfortable and crafted from natural wood both sturdy and beautiful. Furthermore we have an in build seating area with pleasant cushions to relax and have a great time around the pool with our friends and family. A large dining table with cozy chairs offers us the chance to organize quality time with our loved ones and have fantastic outside dining experiences together. The well equipped outdoor kitchen area with barbecue and a handmade pizza oven gives us plenty of possibilities to enjoy a large variety of meals. Stepping inside the villa, we encounter a bright room consisting of a fully modern supplied kitchen with its central island and an ample dining table for 10 people. Right next to the kitchen we encounter a spacious and comfortable living room with a large sofa set, chimney and television. This wide spaced living area can be connected to the pool terrace by opening the large window doors. Going up the internal stairs, we find all the bedrooms of the villa. This upper floor consists of 3 large bedrooms with conveniently sized double beds, and two more rooms with bunk beds made of an attractive handmade wooden structure. Also we will find there the bathrooms with tasteful decorated floors with black and white ceramic tiles designs.

EXTERIOR: We approach the villa passing into a great driveway opening a large wooden entrance door. We will be able to park the vehicles right in front of the villa. Once we enter the plot, we can get in through the main entrance door of the house, where we have the internal stairs on our right and the living area with kitchen in front. Behind the villa is an enjoyable children's area where the younger ones can play football or practice another sport activity. All together, the villa is a wonderful option to have fabulous moments in a privileged and private environment.

SITUATION: The villa is located in a quiet residential area in Moraira. It's the last property in the street so it offers a high privacy with no traffic noise. On the left side of the property there is a green landscape covering a large hill of the Cumbre del Sol area. It is an 8 minutes drive by car to the coast and all services in the village of Moraira.
