"Location is good, overnight parking is iffy, but finable. I've stayed in two suites and found that they are a bit worn down - particularly the bathrooms with crumbly floors and partially functioning equipment. Nothing major. Finally, there was no communication except for the check in and check out processes."

"It was a clean, comfortable space in a residential area, just blocks from downtown. We prepared some of our meals there in the kitchen and enjoyed some of the restaurants a couple of blocks away."

"So close to old town. It was just what we wanted."

"The app to let us in was never set up properly, so we had to use a keypad code. Not a big deal. We arrived in VA on a 10am flight, and could not store our luggage at the building anywhere. So for the first day, until 4pm, we dragged our luggage all over DC. They have a building front desk person, and a room behind the front desk. We were surprised that they offered no luggage storage in that room for a few hours. Only 2 towels, and no wash clothes. Had I known, I'd have packed wash clothes. Nice...

"Lovely and clean. Location is very near anything you might need."

"Very comfortable for two. Easy connection to the Metro."

"Great place, incredibly clean and cozy! Host was friendly and communicated well. Perfect price for a night out in D.C. Far enough away from the bustle to get a price break, but does not feel cheap in any way, bathroom was immaculate and clean bedroom, living room. Even had an office area. Lyft rides were reasonable into the Warf for a dinner & concert night."

"Nothing was cleaned properly. Silverware in drawers with food on them, the bathtub had actively pink and black mold growing in it, the halls smelled. They advertised a pool and fitness center, charged me for it, and when I got there it was exactly as described. I woke up the next morning and they had BUILT WALLS where there was prevously doorways and everything was under construction for the next 4 months. My July 5-July 17th dates of course started the construction. They have been actively...

"Outstanding location. Right in the heart of Old Town, easily accessible to everywhere. Parked in nearby garage, and never had to move it. Automatic check-in couldn’t be easier."

"A orientação para chegada não poderia ter sido pior, no local o nome é outro, um residencial, há uma porta em que os residentes entram com chave, na portaria não sabiam do lugar chamado “Confort in Arlington…” O quarto é amplo, mal decorado, tem uma boa cozinha e a porta do banheiro não fecha."
