Villa di Gioia, has 4 bedrooms (6 bed accommodations), two kitchens, a gourmet formal kitchen and a butcher's kitchen, both stocked with kitchen essentials. A coffee bar is provided as well, with coffee, tea to ensure you have a delicious drink to watch the hot air balloons fly directly overhead, and at times land in the winery fields on the property!

There are seating areas throughout the home, to entertain people of all ages. Downstairs, we have a dining room that seats 8, an equidistantly decorated living room, with Sonos speakers throughout the home, and upstairs an outdoor sitting area with a fireplace. After a day of wine tasting, take a stroll to the backside of the home and enjoy the 8-person jacuzzi nestled just an arm’s reach away from the vineyards. In the evening, get competitive and head down to our game room, staged with a ping pong table, and play a round of foosball.

The Villa di Gioia is bound to leave you and your guests talking about your vacation to Temecula, for years to come. This 4-bedroom 3.5 bath has ample room to host all your friends and family. Each bathroom is fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and soap for your convenience. Hotel-style linens are also provided. The photos of this home, as spectacular as they are, don’t do justice with this stunning property.

-Please note the pet fee in your booking is 'per pet'. If you're booking more than 1 pet, the additional pet fee (plus tax) will be required to be paid after booking.
-This home has a strict 'No Events' policy, please do not inquire if we will approve an event
-This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy, or parties, and the property is monitored with cameras and decibel meters as required by city ordinances. Deposit forfeitures and evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies.
