Smuggler B by AvantStay | Excellent Condo Within Walking Distance Of Lift #7

Smuggler B is a great family condominium on Telluride's popular west end. This two-bedroom plus loft is located within walking distance of Lift #7 and everything else that Telluride offers!

Bedding: King, queen, queen bunk bed

Guests enter this condo from a second-floor entrance, which is accessed by stairs. The entryway immediately opens up into a large living space, complete with a flatscreen TV, DVD player, Roku, leather couch, several seating areas and a small desk. A staircase leads upstairs to the lofted bedroom, which has a queen bed, flatscreen TV with Roku, and an amazing private balcony with views towards the ski runs.

The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen, both with plenty of place for entertaining. The dining table has room for six, in addition to a large bay window that brings in plenty of light and offers great views of the surrounding neighborhood. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a spice rack and all of the utensils needed to cook a meal at home.

Down a short hallway, guests can find two cozy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV with Roku and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has a double vanity and step-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bunk bed and a flatscreen TV with Roku. A bathroom with a shower/tub combination is located off of the hallway, as is a private stackable washer/dryer.

The Smuggler complex has ski locker access. Guests also have access to the communal hot tub—perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure.

- We allow service animals at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Telluride experiences "off-seasons" in the spring and fall. Many services are not available to travelers. Please check activities/restaurants/home amenities, etc. when booking these dates.
- Please note; As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 8 am-7 pm.

Parking Details:
Guests may park a maximum of two vehicles: one in the driveway in front of the garage and one that can be registered with the local team for street parking near the home.

A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair are available upon request.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

The unit was very well stocked with necessities, towels kitchen items, etc. Close to business district, liquor store and nice grocery store and free shuttle. Would rent again.

Overall good place, inventory was tight for a major festival so we were lucky to find this place. The rental could use some updating but overall it's in decent shape. The beds seem to be old and need replacing, but for the four nights, they were ok. The only major gripe was the renters in the A unit below left their constantly barking dogs in their unit all day. I would choose a more modern rental over this one if available and in the same price range.

This was the perfect location for a vacation. Short walk from main street and the gondola. However, a big reason we booked this property was because of the hot tub. When we arrived, there was no water in the hot tub and no nearby water source to fill the tub. This was very disappointing. Additionally, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not the most ideal after long days of snowboarding.

Great location and service. Perfect spot in the town and easy walk to the lift. No mountain view, but the hot tub was a bonus. The only complaint would be that the noise level from the upstairs apartment at 6 Am was an issue. You could hear the morning conversations which was tolerable, but the ceiling shaking and the kitchen light rattling when the kids jumped on the floor was not the way I wanted to wake up.

For once, the place was more attractive and comfortable than the photos. Some stuff is a bit dated but beds and the place were very comfortable. The third "bedroom" is listed as a half bedroom but it is roomy and large enough to count. It is open to the den but otherwise feels like a third bedroom. Two glitches, no remote for the TV and wifi had known issues but were resolved swiftly via the management company. The location is right across the street from the grocery store so super easy to run in and out which we did several times. 15 walk into town but we didn't mind that at all. Good place for a family!
