Our 50th Anniversary

Had a lovely time. House is great and beautifully furnished. Enjoyed all the rooms. Some suggestions: 1. the bunk bed room was freezing cold, might want to add a heat source 2. You should advertise that there are two refrigerators in the kitchen. We loved that, but we all brought large coolers for beverages and they weren’t needed. 3. Problem in the upstairs bathroom, the sink did not drain properly. May want to look at that immediately. 4. Those who used that upstairs bath suggested that you add a table or piece of furniture to put your items on when you use the bathroom. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great for a Family Reunion

Our family stayed in this historic property for a celebration of life of family members who passed away recently. The beautiful and spacious front porch with rocking chairs and a swing was an amazing place to share laughter and memories while the kids played in the expansive front lawn. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the neighborhood and surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. The fire pit was enjoyed by all for s'mores and storytelling. We loved walking into town for coffee in the morning and dinner at local restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back one day.
