"What an exceptional find! We loved this gorgeous little pub and accommodation. Great room and comfy bed, easy parking on street. Great location. Best thing of all were the staff at the pub. They couldn’t be more helpful and looked after us like royalty. The lady who served us during dinner and then again at breakfast is absolutely amazing - such a hard worker and so friendly! Would definitely stay here again!"

"A bit hard to find but this Inn was great. We loved our stay there. Our room was very nice. It was right next to the stream which provided some 'white noise' to block out any noisy pub activity (it can get a bit noisy on the weekends especially). The staff were amazing. The food was wonderful (especially breakfast). Prices were reasonable. If you are a guest there, the staff made sure a table was always reserved. Would thoroughly recommend without hesitation. "

"Once over the threshold, it is both welcoming & engaging. There is a real “ personal “ touch & the owners are so “ hands on”& this care filters down through all their Staff. "As soon as we entered the room and opened the bathroom door there was an awful smell of wet dirty rag and the floor was wet. A member of staff offered to apply some airfreshner which did not solve the problem at all, it just hid it for a while. I think it was the bathtub drain. "Great location at the harbour. We walked back to the Inn after seeing Dunnotar castle, and had a drink sitting outside. Staff let us store our luggage in advance so we could go out walking, and got us a table for dinner (very popular place). Quieted down later so no problems sleeping. Nice breakfast and we walked around the harbour and town after breakfast. "
