Whether you're on vacation with the family, or traveling for work, this is your perfect home away from home! Just 10 minutes away from Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry Park Zoo, University of South Florida, University Mall, Publix, and movie theater. Also, 20 minutes away from Tampa International Airport, Amalie Arena, Florida Aquarium, Channelside, Cruise ports, University of Tampa, Curtis Hixon Park, Hyde Park, Bayshore. And 30-45 minute drive from Clearwater Beach or St. Pete Beach. One hour away from Disney, Universal, or Legoland.

The home has plenty of space for group dining, with two dining tables; one indoor and one in screened patio, both with seating for eight. Additionally, the kitchen table has seating for up to six and extra chairs available in the garage. The family room, which opens up to the kitchen, features both a cozy fireplace area and an impressive 65 inch, 4k smart tv. The large sectional sofa in this room converts to a queen size bed if needed. The spacious master bedroom boasts a 60 inch 4k smart tv and its own ensuite bathroom with soaking tub. Three bedrooms, including the master, have king size beds. Of the remaining two bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other has both two twins and a full size bed. Three bedrooms include walk-in closets. Two bedrooms have direct access to the lanai/pool. Two bedrooms have their own private bathroom. The lanai is a fully screened in enclosure that runs the length of the back of the house. It has room for a large group to relax by the pool and enjoy dinner with a tropical view, while still maintaining complete privacy.

This property is located in an enclosed area with beautiful foliage. Check-in was a breeze and the owners were nice and we’re quick and polite in responding to communication. The home, while older, is beautiful on a small lot with grass for kids to play in as well as the pool. The rooms are spacious and nicely set up. We had a party of 13 kids & adults and it accommodated us quite well. Everyone was comfortable the entire trip. One of the best features in this Florida house is the air conditioning! Even though we limited our kids on in/out, the house stayed perfectly tempered with us NEVER having to touch the thermostat. It is also about a 5-10 minute drive to Busch Gardens/Adventure Island, Walmart and Publix. All in all if we find ourselves in Tampa again we would definitely book this again and will be recommending this property to friends.

We enjoyed our stay. Plumbing was insufficient for the number of guests. Toilets would not flush without several attempts. Bathroom sink and pastor bath would not drain. Pool was fairly dirty.

I read the comments of previous people who stayed here and was a little leery before booking. I had email correspondence with the owner addressing those concerns and was assured that everything was fixed and that a proper enough of towels would be provided for our stay. First of all, nowhere does it mention that the house is on a dirt access road. There were gunshots the first night, the gas grill was missing a grate, pool was full of leaves with a pool cleaner sitting at bottom, master shower did not work, black mold in vents, ice maker broke, stripper cards and male genitalia confetti on table when we arrived to our ‘cleaned house. House was double booked and irate renters showed up demanding entrance. I received a phone call from owner posing as vrbo employee apologizing for mixup. Other party got their money back and comped at another property. We got the silent treatment with no return texts or phone calls. VRBO would not help on our behalf either. Total fraud and theft of our money.

We have stayed here twice in 2 years and this place has gone DOWNHILL. I've never given a bad review, but I reached out to the owner expressing our displeasure and he had no response. I asked for a partial refund due to amenities being misleading, but he didn't respond so I felt I had to review to let you all know. READ IN ENTIRETY 1. Hot tub was not operating. Which I’m POSITIVE when we booked it was listed, and his response was that it was taken off amenities list and there is nothing they can do. We weren’t informed it was broken. We would have cancelled if so because this was a big reason we booked. 2. Pool was filthy when we arrived with vacuum in it. Leaves, dirt, and vacuum still in it - not inviting. 3. Hot water is not sufficient for a 12 person house - runs out quickly in both showers and tub. 4. Couch was soaking wet making it unusually for 24 hours after our arrival. They steamed cleaned it and it was soaked - when I asked he said - "Yeah just give it 24 hours." 24 hours of not sitting on couch. We had to take cushions off and sit on NOTHING. 5. No fitted sheets on King bed. Just a top sheet thrown on to look like it was made. Horrible presentation. 6. Multiple areas the floor molding was cracked, broken, or falling off. 7. No kitchen extras (and no warning that they wouldn’t be provided) no trash bags. No washing sponge. No dish detergent. No extra paper towels. No laundry detergent. No foils. Normally ok if you let the guest know none of that is provided before arrival - because that’s extra money needing to be spent. 8. Check in process and response was horrible. We were locked out of home with wrong code given. I had to call a 1800 customer service number and go through all the hoops just for them to call the owner finally while we stood outside. He said "Sorry we changed code and didn't get it out." 9. Many remotes missing batteries or broken backs. THIS HOME IS NOT LUXURY!!! Be warned Many things adding up was not pleasant. For a home listed as luxury it just wasn’t satisfying Honestly I usually don’t complain and I would send feedback and leave a great review because I know most places try hard to satisfy guests. Our group just mentioned multiple times how they wouldn’t stay again And I hate that for such a house with potential. THIS IS YOUR WARNING. Not nice amenities and stay.

The place was as advertised. We had a flag football tourney in Tampa and had our team stay. A couple minor issues here and there but overall was good. William was very responsive and willing to work with us to get the couple minor issues resolved.

The ceiling has cracks, some of the bedrooms were missing light bulbs, kids room the over head light did not work ,just had a tall lamp with no shade on it . The bedding were filthy. The master bed was like sleeping as a taco the mattress was bad😡 Holes in walls , closet doors broke and no door knob on the kids room. Dinning chair broke. The kitchen sink cabinet had yellow water in some foil, when we pulled it out to dump it there was a big hole in the cabinet base. Trim around the floor base coming off , broken in different places. I took pictures of everything but can’t post them to see what I am talking about . What put us over the top was the donuts that we had bought at the store the night before along with other groceries. The next morning we was trying to get with the owner of the house, my granddaughter brought them to me they were full of little bugs crawling all over inside the closed container that had not been open up. I sent the pictures and video of the bugs in the donuts to the owner.Told him he needed to come to this house and see the condition of how bad and dated this house is ( not the same as it shows on Vrbo pictures) He offer a refund to us . I told him we were not staying there , We came to FL for the first time , I was so grossed out it upset us ! We lost a hole day of vacation to try and find another house. Don’t think we will use Vrbo for another vacation.

My friends and I loved our stay at this property. The screened-in porch and pool areas are fantastic, and are where we spent most of our time. The rest of the house was clean, spacious, and stocked with all of the household supplies you and your group will need. Thank you for an awesome time!

Like the title says, it was great for what we were there for. The house is missing many items you’d expect to be in a rental like floor mats, kitchen hand towels, and a shower that drains but overall it’s still a nice house and will work for you depending on the type of stay you are looking for. The property managers answered all my questions and were great.

Spacious. Best part of rental was back yard with clean pool and perfect hot tub and screened in patio for eating meals. Few things that were in disrepair but William was very responsive and said they are working on getting them fixed. Overall very suitable and as expected for rental price. Thank you. Tampa is beautiful place for families with young kids.

Overall, the house did its job. The good - It was able to accommodate a large group without us feeling on top of each other - the house was clean - it had a pool - was secluded - the owner was very communicative The bad - the kitchen and bathrooms were dated - the water dial in the master shower is backwards (cold for hot and hot for cold) - the pillows were practically useless

We were very satisfied with the response from the property owner when contacted. We were very accommodated in that aspect. The house is a wonderful place for multi families to stay in. We had 11 adults and we never felt like we were on top of each other. The cleanliness and the furniture and certain fixtures of the house were a bit to be desired. It is a very awesome house it just needs some items fixed and could be cleaned alot better. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

We reserved this place more than 6months in advanced for the holidays for a family get together. The owner was very forth coming with information when contacted and responds right away. The house has real potential, but it's easy to see that the house has been uncared for, for many years. Pool and hot tub, which was a big draw for us were both unusable....filled with leaves, murky, etc. The house keeper was still there when we showed up, she told us to contact the owner about using the pool since the pool guy was supposed to come out on Christmas day, which of course never happened. There wasn't any instruction on house rules or what to do on the day of check out. The house was very roomy and pretty clean. Although, we had to buy items to use in the kitchen since it lacked some of the basics. Stay was ok could have been better. We had a wonderful time despite the house and lack of amenities. Would recommended staying somewhere else.

Check in was very easy, same as check out. Very nice house, but needs some tender loving care. Wasn’t as clean as I would have liked it. A lot of light bulbs burned out, and no hot water in master shower.
