- NOTE: Pool is heated complimentarily by a solar system year-round (weather permitting). On sunny days, the pool will be warmer, while less sunny days mean the pool will be cooler

Great place

Pool was a little cold in March even with the solar heat. Thermostat was locked so house got a little chilly. Not a ton of blankets for the beds to accommodate cold days. Otherwise everything was perfect. We would stay again. Thanks so much for everything.

Nice house with all the amenities

This was a very nice house. It was as described and perfect for our family group. Communication was great! Enjoyed staying there for the 4th of July and seeing a great fireworks view from the comfort of the pool. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Pool Experience

We visited family. Never rented with a pool but it was a nice experience & a nice pool. The house was roomy & the master bathroom was large. The neighborhood was safe & we went on several walks. Saw lots of peacocks on our walks. Overall a very nice experience.

Beautiful!

This house was beautiful and clean. The check in process was easy. The house has so many nice, cozy touches and was comfortable for the 2 adults and 5 kids ages 8-18 during our stay. Iā€™d DEFINITELY book this property again.

Nice house

Was in town for my daughter's wedding in Riverview. Good location with easy access to everything we needed. Grocery, liquor, restaurants were all nearby. 18, 20, 1nd 23 year old step kids and my wife with me. Pool was great for kids to hang out during down time. Would stay there again if we weren't going to buy our own house down there.

Great Home, Perfect Accommodations

This house was wonderful. The house was comfortable and the accommodations were great. The small details put this house over the top, Roku remotes, games in the closet, kitchen appliances and dishes. etc. there was a minor issue with ants but the manager was very responsive and welcoming.

Family Reunion

House was very comfortable, although camera angles in online pics made house look enormous compared to actual size. With four kids, pool was a lifesaver. Be careful of wood furniture, however. Bar stools looked nice, but were not put together well and could have caused a fall. Side table in bedroom was also very shaky. Bunk beds were not sturdy. Furniture just needed an Allen wrench, but we didn't have one with us. We did have a couple ants in one bedroom, but we were able to take care of that on our own. We were short one set of sheets, but a nice new set was delivered within an hour of letting the property manager know. Pool chlorinator was cracked, and pool thermometer was broken and pieces were found lying on pool floor. The house was very clean, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. We rented it to see family in the area. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The house is spacious with plenty of seating areas. The property manager was wonderful and there was an issue with the pool when we were about to check in but her professionalism really redeemed the whole thing and it was resolved the next day. Her communication and follow through was excellent! My only feedback would be for more towels, paper towels etc. and basic things like salt and pepper etc. would have been nice in the kitchen area. It was also a bit noisy outside in the pool area since itā€™s close to the main street but otherwise it was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to others. Great for families!

Very nice house!

Ana, the property owner is very informative and pleasure to work with. The house is recently renovated and very clean, spotless! The patio area around the pool is very cozy and cute, we ate dinner out there every night. Overall the landscape and decorations around the house is very welcoming. We loved it.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time at the Riverview Oasis! The house was very spacious and accommodating, loved all the special details to make the home welcoming! Everything you would need has been provided and the property manager was very attentive to any and all questions via a quick text. The master bedroom was very comfortable and had a nice large bathroom and shower. The numerous windows let in the beautiful sunshine and the outdoor space was inviting as well. The location was centric to our daily adventures: Busch Gardens, Spring Training Baseball, Fort De Soto Beach, Apollo Beach, and kayaking at Weeki Watchee Springs. We would have given 5 stars but took one off for the street noise and too cool pool. Otherwise it was fantastic!
