"Lovely location, clean and well appointed cottage exactly as advertised"

"Nice experience, cozy room for couple. Good view from balcony"

"Amazing position with stunning views on the same complex as St Bernards Hotel. 3 equal King bed Bedrooms with ensuite, beds and linens 1st Class quality but we were surprised by how thick ALL the pillows were. It's a new build well-appointed and is furnished well but could be so much more homely with at least a couple of lounge cushions and throws a rug or 2 and bedside lamps, sadly it lacked " soul ", but these minor details would prevent us staying again as 3 couples. "Spacious and very clean rooms. Comfy beds and modern bathroom. Close to shops and the motel which has amazing food!"

"We had a great stay over the weekend. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and everything was in working order"

"Very nice. Clean, quiet and affordable."

"Great location and feel but the staff could pay more attention to cleaning and maintaining the rooms"

"I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car."

"I always stay at modern hotels/resorts so this was a new experience for us. I absolutely loved the old style and photos placed throughout. The room was clean with lovely white sheets and a very comfy bed. Walking distance to all the shops/ cafes. I would definitely stay again"

"A beautiful location amongst the trees and bushland with a running creek behind it. Very quiet. Close to the main centre of Mt. Tambourine. Very Tranquil. Will definitely stay again. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
