"Room had multiple visible red blood stains on the bedding, floor, and bathroom wall/outlet when we checked in late at night. Sheets smelled laundered but were clearly stained. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the manager in the morning. He dismissed it and refused a refund. Expedia support contacted the property but was also refused. This is a sanitation issue, not a preference issue. I would not stay here again."

"There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice."

"I was concerned about the state of repair of room 318 based on my last stay, and asked to see the room before I registered. It looked OK so imagine my shock when I got into bed late at night and found the mattress was broken and I was sliding off while trying to sleep. In the morning staff apologized but did not give me a discount."

"Room was very lovely, corners were dusty. The largely self serve check in was a bit to figure out but worked well once you had it. Main complaint is the parking. They recommend that you use the public parking garage across the road and indicate that they have a discount but: 1) there is no in/out privilege without paying; and 2) the front desk was usually unoccupied to validate the parking ticket for the discount. "

"We arrived late on a very cold windy night and the young man at the front desk couldn’t have been nicer or more attentive. When I asked if there were tea bags in the room he said there were but that he could make me a cup as well. I so appreciated his overall thoughtfulness that one doesn’t see much any more, and of course the great cup of tea!"

"Didnt use the laundry. The exterior was being renovated so they appear to be putting mo ey back into the place. Staff were friendly. It was winter when I stayed there. The heater worked very well. Lots of parking. Food places, mostly fast food, in the area seem to close around 11pm-12am. "

"Reception didntbeven looked reception some part in a hallway boxes all over a desk blocking the area to make it a makeshift reception. The staff at Reception was rudest person alive, didnt greet didnt explain anything, snatched my ID off hand put machine in front of me to charge extra, when I asked what is this for I already paid through expedia these barely spoke a word 'Security'. I asked Security of who 'you or me' then stated secority deposit if you break anything. gave me the access card...

"We had never travelled to London Ontario before, but came to town to see live theater. The hotel is close to lots of things to do downtown, such as Covent Garden Market. The room was clean, quiet and fairly large. Staff wrre helpful"

"Building is massive but once adjusted it was great. Amazing rooms, staff was amazing at front desk, only downside was that the pool was freezing. "

"Only stayed 1 night but it was good. Checking in took some time because of a slow moving line but besides that no complaints. Breakfast was included with our stay and we were very impressed with what was provided for a hot breakfast. It was really good to have fresh made hot food."
