"Tahoe properties are very expensive during high season and this property was lower in price so we naturally expected a smaller, older condo unit. When we first arrived to the unit we did not notice any issues. However, when we returned for the evening we noticed odors that smelled like pet urine. We did not call the host as it was late and figured there was nothing that could be done and it would of required a move if they even had another unit. We opened the windows which helped minimize...

"Beautiful property and place! Love the calm setting away from the “touristy” part of Tahoe, but close to groceries, the beach, restaurants, etc. Would stay here again!"

"The place was super clean and set up very nicely. The kitchen area was modern and well-equipped. The unit was ready for us upon arrival. Through no fault of the property owner and manager, the street noise was incredible. The windows are thick and helped quite a bit. The fact that it was the 4th of July weekend did not help. Driving the car in and out of the parking area along the busy road can be a challenge, but like the property manager will tell you, turn right only out of the lot and...

"Clean and easy. Just note close to msin road and facing that way, so you hear lots of road noise. In summer would be good if the fire place could be fully turned off; the pilot light too. The glass was very hot to the touch and counter acted the AC. Good overall. Quiet building and very clean."
