We really enjoyed our stay here, Andrea the host was amazing and was always available offer advise regarding the local area. The villa itself well equipped and the Swimming Pool was perfect. It’s bigger than it looks. It was about a 15 min drive to Syracuse and Ortigia that offers many restaurants and places to see. I would fully recommend this villa / host.

A memorable holiday

This is an attractive, comfortable and practical house that makes for a relaxed and stress-free stay, facilitated by Andrea, who is a kind, responsive and organised host. He is true to his word, generous with local advice and attends to queries efficiently. Highlights are the wonderful pool, garden and outside patios - it's outdoor living at its best. We had the use of the whole space and relished the privacy that offered us. Everything was in working order. The spacious bedrooms are adequately cooled by the fans; although the showers are small, the bathrooms function well. The downstairs kitchen is well-equipped, with lots of lovely crockery and glassware. This was a wonderful spot for a family reunion, thank you, Andrea.

Séjour très agréable dans la propriété d’Andrea!

Très belle propriété, bien équipée et très propre. Terrasse extérieure couverte très agréable. Belle piscine avec chaises longues. Cette propriété est composée en réalité de deux logements qui peuvent être indépendants avec chacun leur salle de bain. De plus, il y a climatisation dans seulement une chambre d’un logement. Nous avons gentiment suggéré à Andrea de clarifier la description puisque normalement, un des logements de 2 chambres et une salle de bain est attribué pour un groupe de 4. Dans notre cas, Andrea a été très accommodant en nous donnant accès à toute la maison, donc 2 salles de bain et la climatisation limitée n’a pas été un problème puisque la température le soir était plus fraîche, mais il faut être capable de dormir la fenêtre ouverte avec les bruits environnants. Important de clarifier vos besoins avec Andrea lors de votre réservation.

Fantastic villa

Had a wonderful stay in this villa. It was lovely and clean The whole process was easy and andrea was a fantastic host. He told us of a very good pizza place to ho and eat at and arranged a day trip. boating around ortiga island which was superb. Would definitely stay here again

Wir sind durch Zufall auf die Wohnung im Internet aufmerksam geworden. Alle vorherigen Eindrücken von den Bilder stimmten mit unseren Erfahrungen vor Ort überein. Belle villa à proximité de Syracuse

Belle villa très bien entretenue et bien décorée , belle piscine. A quelques kilomètres du centre historique de Syracuse et à moins d’un kilomètre de la mer. Prachtig zwembad, en mooi huis

Mooi huis, wij verbleven op de beneden verdieping, dus hadden wij ook een mooi groot terras. Het was schoon, de bedden en keuken waren goed. Het grootste nadeel was het ontbreken van de airco, het was bijna niet te doen om goed te slapen in deze temperaturen (30+ graden) De douche was ontzettend klein . De eigenaar Andrea is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij hebben een fijne vakantie gehad!

Schöne Wohnung mit gepflegtem Garten und tollem Pool

Wir haben insgesamt zwei Wochen in der oberen der zwei Wohneinheiten verbracht. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und hat für 4 Personen eine gute Größe. Eines der Schlafzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage und es gibt reichlich Ventilatoren. Die Terrasse ist sehr geräumig und ist mit Tisch und großem Sonnenschirm Ideal ausgestattet, um abends gemütlich draußen zu essen. Der Kontakt zu Andrea hat immer zeitnah und super zuverlässig geklappt, sowohl bei An- wie auch bei Abreise, und wir haben uns sehr über die Willkommensbox mit Lebensmitteln und Kaffee für den Abend und nächsten Morgen gefreut. Das Grundstück und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und vor allem der Pool war eine Wohltat an den heißen Tagen! Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet nicht weit vom Meer und ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Splendida villa vicino a Siracusa

La casa è di recente costruzione e perfettamente equipaggiata, oltre che pulitissima. Particolarmente apprezzata la welcome box che ci ha permesso di non correre a fare la spesa appena arrivati. Noi siamo stati nell’appartamento al primo piano che è ventilato e silenzioso. Il giardino è curato e la piscina molto gradevole. L’appartamento è situato in una zona strategica per visitare la sicilia sud orientale con le sue magnificenze architettoniche e le spiagge incontaminate della riserva di vendicari. La spiaggia di arenella è vicina (ci si va a piedi) ed il mare è molto pulito. Grazie ad Andrea che con le sua attenzione per il cliente ha reso perfetto il nostro soggiorno.

Ideale pour un séjour en famille

Maison récente ,entretenue, bien équipée et sécurisée. Literie de qualité. Le jardin est joli, lui aussi bien entretenu.Avec des températures au dessus de 30, nous avons passé beaucoup de temps sur la grande terrasse ombragée et au bord de la piscine qui est assez grande. La rue est calme. C est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer. Andrea nous a réservé un très bon accueil et nous a bien conseillé. Ce fut une belle surprise, toute la famille a apprécié . Merci Andrea pour ton hospitalité et la qualité de la prestation .

Traumhaft

Wir verbrachten 10 wunderbare Tage zu viert in dem Haus, es ist geschmackvoll und auch praktisch eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber hat uns mit einem netten Willkommenspaket empfangen, auch für Mineralwasser wurde gesorgt, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten! Die Einrichtung ist stilvoll, die Betten sehr bequem! Das Fehlen einer Klimaanlage wurde mit einigen Ventilatoren kompensiert. Die Terrasse, der traumhaft schöne Garten uns der Pool bieten abwechslungsreiche Möglichkeiten für den Aufenthalt draußen. Es gab sogar Strandtücher für den pool! Unser Gastgeber war stets hilfreich, in allen unseren Anliegen entgegenkommend. Alles in allem: absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit Pool

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im ersten Stock des Hauses. Die Wohnung, die Terasse und der Garten sind großzügig bemessen und sehr gepflegt. Der schöne Swimmingpool ist auch für jüngere Kinder ideal. Ein Sandstrand ist ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Relaxing few days in Sicilian sunshine

My partner and I spend four days in Arenella at the end of July. The weather was very hot, with temperatures in the mid-30s. The property was lovely. Although the pool was shared with the other set occupants (four), it was never crowded and we found it very private. It is very close to the sea/beach, but we found the pool more appealing! The main bedroom was equipped with an air conditioning, which definitely helped at night. We were in the upstairs unit, and the balcony was a good size and had a big umbrella which made sitting out very pleasant. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to eat in which we did a a couple of times. It is well located for getting into Sryacuse, and travelling around was very easy. Our host was very quick to respond to our questions, and enjoyed the places he recommended for eating out. He also gave us a "welcome box" of food which was very helpful. We would recommend staying there, and would go back should we return to Sicily - which we hope to do one day.

Parfait pour découvrir le Sud-Est de la Sicile

La maison d'Andrea est située dans un quartier résidentiel à 15 minutes de la ville de Syracuse et à 10 minutes à pied d'une petite plage. Sa localisation est parfaite pour découvrir les villes de Syracuse, Noto, les gorges de Cava Grande,... Nous avons loué l'appartement au rez-de-chaussée. Il est très propre et très bien équipé. Il dispose de moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, ce qui est très appréciable. La piscine est très bien entretenue et bien équipée également (chaises longues de qualité, jeux pour les enfants). Petit plus : 4 vélos sont également à disposition. Bref, nous vous recommandons la maison d'Andrea pour un séjour entre farniente à la piscine et découverte du riche patrimoine sicilien.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gepflegter Pool und Garten, absolut ruhig, das Meer nicht weit

Andrea hat uns mit einer Schachtel, gefüllt mit Lebensmittel für den 1. Tag. empfangen. Sogar Espressokapseln für die Kaffemaschine stellte er zur Verfügung. Wir verbrachten unseren Urlaub in der Wohnung im 1. Stock - sehr stilvoll eingerichtet - ein großes Bad mit blauen Kacheln, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer, große Wohnküche und eine großzügige Terrasse. Der Garten mit Pool ist eine große Bereicherung. Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist, muss damit rechnen, dass sie lieber im Pool anstatt im Meer baden wollen. Wenn wir Fragen hatten, konnten wir das ganz unkompliziert mit dem Vermieter über Whats app klären. Außer zwei Regentagen am Anfang hatten wir angenehme 24/25 Grad (Oktober). Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Fantastic Stay!

Thank you for a wonderful week at this absolutely great place. The floor ground appartment ist perfect for a family of four or five. Even on a rainy day there is enough space inside and on the huge covered porch. The pool is nice and was cleaned regulary. The interior is clean and well equiped. Due to heavy autumn weather the beach near by was not very tempting for us and there is not really much infrastructure within walking distance so a car is mandatory. Conversation with Andrea was easy going. Check in and out without problems and easy to reach upon short notice. Very trustful.

Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich, alles ist sehr sauber, der Gastgeber kümmert sich um Alles.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber, sowie sehr ruhig gelegen. Man benötigt auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der Strand Arenella ist wunderbar. Die felsige Küste traumhaft. Zu Fuß 15 Minuten. Der Gastgeber ist extrem freundlich , das Bett war kaputt und wurde sofort ausgetauscht! Der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und sehr sauber. Ein kleines Starterpaket mit Espresso, Tee und Nudeln mit Tomatensoße und anderen Kleinigkeiten ist toll. Alles in Allem sehr empfehlenswert!

10 erholsame Tage in der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss

Wir waren zu zweit vom 10.-20.9. in der liebevoll eingerichteten unteren Wohnung von Andrea. Sie war super sauber, es war alles da, was man benötigt. Bei der Ankunft gab es eine "Willkommenskiste" über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die Terrasse und der sehr gepflegte Garten mit Pool waren zur Erholung perfekt. Es gab große Sonnenliegen mit Sonnenschirmen und eine Außendusche am Pool. Da das Wasser im Pool nicht mit Chlor gereinigt wird, macht es doppelt so viel Spaß dort zu schwimmen. Alle Fenster und Türen waren sowohl mit Insektenschutz als auch mit Außenfensterläden bestückt.Mücken hatten daher kaum eibe Chance in die Wohnung zu kommen. Die fehlende Klimaanlage hat Andrea mit zahlreichen Ventilatoren und einem mobilen Klimagerät ausgeglichen. Wir haben super geschlafen!Siracusa, Noto und Catania sind von dort sehr gut zu erreichen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir haben zu zweit dass untere Appartement gemietet. Das Appartement ist groß genug für 4-5 Personen. Draußen gibt es eine wunderschöne überdachte Terrasse mit einem schönen Holztisch , an dem 6 Personen zum Essen/Frühstücken Platz haben. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Unser Leihwagen konnten wir auf einer großzügigen Einfahrt, welche mit einem Tor zur Straße gesichert ist parken Bei Ankunft haben wir eine Willkommen-Box von Andrea erhalten über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Bei dem Inhalt dieser Box hat man gemerkt, dass Andrea sich Gedanken gemacht hat. Neben Kaffee. Plätzchen, Tee, Spaghetti, Tomatensoße, Salz, ein Schokoriegel, Tee ein wenig Olivenöl usw. war in der Box alles vorhanden, was man für den ersten Tag so braucht. Besonders angetan waren wir von dem gepflegten Garten und dem Swimmingpool. Beides sehr sauber und super gepflegt. Am Pool stehen 5 neue Liegen und 2 große Sonnenschirme. Außerdem stehen 4 Fahrrädern zu Verfügung, die man benutzen kann. Zum kleinen aber schönen Strand läuft man 15 Minuten oder 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Nach Ortigia fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 25 Minuten. Frisches Brot gibt es jeden Morgen im Kaffee Arenella was ebenfalls 5 Minuten mit dem Rad oder 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Viele gute Restaurants gibt es in der näheren Umgebung alle mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Bleibt noch zu erwähnen, dass Andrea ein höflicher, netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber ist. Wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Remains to mention that Andrea is a polite, nice and courteous host. We felt very very comfortable.

DIe perfekte Unterkunft in günstiger Lage

Bei Andreas Ferienhaus ist alles perfekt. Modern eingerichtet, perfekter Zustand, neue Geräte, ein schöner Pool für die Kinder. Sehr praktisch auch, dass Fahrräder zur Verfügung standen, mit denen man zum nahegelegenen Strand und zum Bäcker fahren konnte. Andrea hat die Fahrräder extra für uns noch gewartet. Sehr gute Kommunnikation über Whatsapp. Wir hatten als nächstes Ziel Stromboli, Andrea gab uns wertvolle Hinweise, wie wir eine Bewertung der Gefahrenlage nach dem Ausbruch einie Tage zuvor bekommen konnten.
