"Their toilet was too low and didn’t flush well. Handle of bathroom faucet wasn’t attached but functioned fine. Pool was too cold. Hot tub was fine; better when staff turned up a couple degrees. Really enjoyed “adult” pool hour from 9-10pm :) Breakfast was good variety with fresh fruit, oatmeal, make yourself waffles, prepared food like scrambled eggs/potatoes/meat, yogurt, bagels, etc. Have stayed here before and will again when in the area"

"This was the best hotel I have stayed at in a long time. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was fresh, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the entire building looked well cared for. They offered an included breakfast and the rooms also have all the amenities needed to prepare your own food. There was also a nice bonfire area outside with comfortable seating. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Not clean! Blood on bedside table, hair and a scab. Filthy floors and a hole in the door trim with mosquitos swarming in bathroom."

"The police had to be called for rowdy guests. The parking lot was a hang out. It was basic and a convenient location and we will not stay there again"

"My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....

"Advertised a pool but the pool was closed in June when temps were in the 80s; we brought our dog and couldn’t believe how bad the grassy areas were filled with dog poop; asked for a towel refresh several times and finally had to go to the front desk"
