"Everything was great"

"Very clean property, the room was clean you will be greeted by welcome you on tv screen and the had good breakfast for only $10 dollars I recommend this property to everyone"

"We stayed for 4 nights. Never asked if we needed housekeeping service to provided any. A halfway check for garbage and clean towels would have been nice"

"The carpets need a deep cleaning. It felt like there was winter salt on them. The furniture was stained with a lot of stains over time, especially the foot stool coffee table. The TVs are old technology and did not work well. The kitchen needed a few more utensils to be useful."

"Nice staff and newly renovated rooms. The rooms are generally clean but some corners in the room are not vacuumed properly and the shower glass door had few streaks on it."

"Our stay was fine. However, we were not told in advance that its a $50.00 fee for our dog to spend the night. When I read a brief review of hotel it said it was pet friendly."

"Absolutely filthy! Everything, the room, especially the floor and small pieces of carpet that looked as though they haven't been clean in quite some time. The TV remote didn't work, then a staff member brought another one (took it from another room,) that one needIf you're on a very strick budget, well, it's a place to stay, other stay elsewhere."

"We were not able to get 2 rooms on the same floor and had to wait a half hour for our rooms even though we checked in shortly after 3pm. Rooms were okay and pretty clean. The common areas were awful. Stacks of boxes blocking the hallways, bags of trash left in the hallways. Tables not wiped off in the breakfast area. Staff were polite but definitely had their dirt blinders on."

"Breakfast was fresh with variety of choices. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. No loud noises or distractions everyone respectable of sleep hours. The overall property is surrounded by different amenities, restaurants and stores. Hotel is in a very great location."

"Horrible experience got there at 11am crashed they had put us in a room with drywall repair need on the ceiling in two spots and had some mildew and water stains still from when it’s leaked. And in the morning I tried using the restroom and the toilet seat is stained and peeling off and brown. I couldn’t sit on it for anything went downstairs and had no manager or maintenance staff to talk to. Desk person said manager will reach out to me sometime today. "This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall. A remnant of a roach or some kind of insects leg was firmly planted on one of the walls. The beds were semi stained and had cheap sheets, felt like a...

"i didn’t appreciate it being a roach crawling on the bed that was extremely unprofessional and i was upset i will never go there again"

"We stayed 5 nights and asked multiple times to get our room cleaned, which it never did. The front desk was happy to give more towels, pillows and blankets. The tv went in and out as it pleased and the tub/shower barely drained. Our concerns continued to go unaddressed."

"My stay at Extended Stay America was far from pleasant. Upon entering the hotel, it appeared there was no housekeeping staff. I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage....
