Please note that the homeowner lives upstairs in a separate unit with their own entrance. They use the shared laundry during the day, but rest assured your space remains completely private.

This home is a self-catering rental. However, for your convenience, we provide:

Parking: This home offers a free ample street parking.

Laundry: Guests are welcome to use the in-suite laundry after 6:00 PM. The homeowner makes use of it during the day, so evenings are reserved just for you.

This is a strictly non-smoking property. A $1000 cleaning fee will be charged if smoking of any kind (including tobacco, cannabis, or vaping) is detected inside the unit.

🐾 Unauthorized Pets:
No pets are allowed unless approved in advance. Bringing pets without prior consent will result in a $1000 penalty to cover deep cleaning and potential damages.
