"The picture used for the property is not accurate and shows a different building. The unit itself is extremely loud, since it is located on a busy intersection and the windows do not close because portable AC units were hooked up in a way that does not allow for them to close. That is leading to extreme traffic noise, loud music, police sirens, etc. The walls of the unit are very thin as well adding even more noise from neighboring units. The landscaping is non existent with weeds all over the...

"The suite was clean and the appliances worked very well. There was plenty of hot water. The primary problem was that the place was COLD. It was a basement suite, and the upstairs people control the heating. They apparently don't like heat but this means that the basement unit is freezing. I'm not sure how this could be fixed since the house is not wired for multiple heating zones. So, if you'd like to live in a refrigerator- this is the place for you."
